Yes. Every agent is built to strict security and data protection standards, including GDPR requirements. Data stays under your company's control, and access rights can be defined precisely.
No. The agent is designed to be user-friendly and easy to use, and it runs in the background without needing supervision. If issues come up, our support team resolves them for you quickly.
You can book a free consultation to find out what our service can do to solve your company's bottlenecks. We also offer paid consulting, where we go through your company's time-consuming tasks in depth and look for cost-effective ways to streamline routines using automation and AI. Paid consultation costs €70/h + VAT.
Every service package includes the support level defined in that package's description. If the support a customer needs goes beyond what's included in the package, or it's urgent critical support work, the rate is €80 + VAT / h.
Investigation and fix work caused by third-party API changes, incorrect data supplied by the customer, or external system failures is billed at €120 + VAT / h. When needed, the work is scoped and estimated separately before starting.
Urgent night work (10pm–7am) is billed at €150 + VAT / h.
A custom, client-specific project is priced based on its scope and complexity.
Every new project includes a free 1-hour assessment and consultation meeting, covering goals, technical requirements, and an initial implementation plan.
